I’m starting a “Tough Chick” workout program for women who plan on participating in Tough Mudders this summer. Spartan Beast and other endurance race participants also welcome. Men, you’re also more than welcome to join in. These workouts will not be female specific and they will be tough…that much, I can promise you.
I will work in modifications for those who have gym facilities and those who do not have access to them. Most of the workouts, however, can be done in the comfort of your own home or outside.
I also hope to create a dialogue for those of us out there who have done these events before and can offer insight into what kind of training is needed.
